Each individual may hold only one registered account on ayam11. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. All bonuses, winnings, and balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation or prior notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet restrictions. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus conditions may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ayam11 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Report suspected breaches immediately.
All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. ayam11 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of standard KYC procedures before processing withdrawals.
Collusion, use of automated betting systems or bots, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit platform pricing errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. ayam11 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and recover funds in cases of suspected prohibited conduct.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and ayam11 (hereinafter "ayam11", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ayam11.asia.

ayam11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC20). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts or methods registered solely in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited. ayam11 reserves the right to reverse any transaction where third-party source of funds is identified and to require replacement of funds via a verified player-owned method before processing any pending withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification, absence of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that the withdrawal amount does not represent proceeds from suspected fraudulent activity. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfers within one to three business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within two to twenty-four hours subject to network conditions.
The primary account currency on ayam11 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing rate at the time the withdrawal request is approved. ayam11 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for currency conversion differences.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ayam11 are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, game contribution percentages, maximum eligible bet amounts, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. Where the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and game contribution percentages are stated in each individual promotion's terms. As a general indication, slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage (typically 10%–20%).
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permissible single bet or stake is generally capped at MYR 250–500 per round or event, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during bonus play may, at ayam11's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ayam11 reserves the right to review accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting pricing errors or technical faults, and any coordinated activity intended to defraud the bonus system. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
ayam11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted in good faith by eligible players.
All bets and wagers placed on the ayam11 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. ayam11 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed internal risk limits, that are placed on suspended markets, or where the platform suspects that the integrity of the relevant event may be compromised.
In the event of a system error, connectivity disruption, or technical fault that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or other platform malfunctions, ayam11 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Where a fault results in an erroneous win being credited to your Account, ayam11 reserves the right to recover such funds without prior notice, regardless of whether they have been partially withdrawn.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on ayam11 are provided by certified third-party game studios and are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session. Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios and are subject to the respective studio's dealing and game rules.
Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. In-play bets are accepted and processed in real-time; ayam11 does not accept liability for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side that may affect in-play bet placement. Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and other specialist bet types are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook Rules section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ayam11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
ayam11 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring; (b) fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected; (c) a KYC or identity verification request has not been complied with within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) the security of the Account may have been compromised.
In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms, ayam11 may permanently close your Account. Where closure follows confirmed fraudulent conduct or bonus abuse, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ayam11 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close the Account within a reasonable period. Players who close their Account for responsible gambling reasons may request reinstatement no earlier than the expiry of any self-exclusion period elected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayam11 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any losses arising from errors or technical faults not caused by ayam11's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
ayam11's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
All content on the ayam11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ayam11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ayam11. Unauthorised use of ayam11's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
ayam11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ayam11 and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
